Five Great Events for Parents in our Community to Attend

We are always excited to have parents attend events within our community.
Saint Gregory’s mission is to provide your child with opportunities to learn, grow and achieve from a young age. In and out of the classroom, we want to keep your child busy with activities that will challenge them.
Luckily for our parents, these challenges often create special events for our students to showcase their talents. Aside from joining our Parents Association, there are a number of opportunities for parents to join us on campus for the remainder of the school year in the Saint Gregory’s community.
Here are five great events for the remainder of the Saint Gregory’s School year for parents to attend.
Each year our students put on a fantastic performance for parents and family in our gymnasium on our Loudonville campus. Our Christmas concert is a special way for us and all the families in our community to celebrate the season.
Other events you should be looking out for following the new year are listed below:
The Gala is always one of the most special moments of the year for the Saint Gregory’s community. Alumni, faculty, family and friends are invited to celebrate not just this school year, but the continued legacy of Saint Gregory’s.
Stay tuned for more information on when and where to purchase tickets for this year’s Gala.
Part of what we have to offer at Saint Gregory’s is faith based programs for families that are interested. For parents of students that will be taking part in our masses by receiving a sacrament, we are thrilled to be a part of your child’s journey of their faith.
Here is our list of masses that will be hosted in our gymnasium for the remainder of the school year. All masses except Holy Communion are from 8:45 – 9:30 AM.
Following the sports seasons, our banquet at the end of the year is a chance for our coaches and athletics department to recognize the athletic achievements of our students. We would love to see the parents of athletes at our school in late May to join us in this celebration.
If your child is interested in athletics, they may either already be involved in the winter season, or is looking forward to the opportunities to play sports in the spring.
For more information on our athletics programs, visit our students page or contact our athletic director, Steve Seymour at sseymour@saintgregorysschool.org.
Graduation at Saint Gregory’s is always a bittersweet moment for the faculty and staff. We are so happy for all the students who are going on to begin their journeys in high school and beyond, but this does not mean that we will not miss them in our school.
If your child is not graduating yet, we will be excited to welcome you back to campus for the following school year in September, beginning with the first day of school. This is always a special day to have parents come by and take some photos with their child as they come back prepared for another year of learning.
Saint Gregory’s students receive so much support from our school community, which includes parents. We love to hear from parents about their Saint Gregory’s experience. If you’re a Saint Gregory’s parent, fill out our parent testimonial form to be featured on our website and social media pages.
