Saint Gregory’s School is proud to be opening the Uccellini Family Science Center within our school: an upgraded and interactive science classroom for our students. From the bottom of our hearts, we want to thank the Uccellini family for their donation of $125,000. With donors like them, we are able to easily provide the best educational experience possible for our students.
This room is a tremendous asset to our science curriculum that begins as early as Pre-K 3. There are six science classes a week within our upper school, which means our newest classroom will waste no time in being used. Our students will have access to an interactive smartboard that will help them be a part of the learning experience from the front of the classroom and their new desks and chairs. From the floor to the windows, this upgrade to our classroom was something we were looking forward to providing for our students, as it will make the difference in being the head start your child needs.
Along with the classroom updates, there will be a quote on the door that reads: “Science is a way of thinking much more than it is a body of knowledge.”
Saint Gregory’s is excited to be upgrading more classrooms for our students following this successful renovation. Become a part of educating the next generation of SGS students by donating today towards our upcoming Tech Room renovation.
