Students of Saint Gregory's School perform their annual school musical Godspell on stage

The Saint Gregory’s School Drama Club proudly presented Godspell in spring, continuing the tradition of student musical productions. Performed on March 28 and 29, 2026, the two shows brought together students, families, and the SGS community for two memorable evenings of music, storytelling, and collaboration.

Godspell, by Stephen Schwartz and John-Michael Tebelak, is a modern retelling of the Gospel of Matthew, combining humor, song, and meaningful lessons about faith, friendship, and community. Our student cast and crew brought energy and creativity to the stage, making the production both engaging and impactful.

Watch the full performance below:

The production was directed by Dr. Marc Meyer and Jeannine Harris, with musical direction by Jeannine Ouderkirk and choreography by Chrystie Greco. Greta Heerwagen (8th Grader) served as Assistant Director, and Eloise Sanders (7th Grader) as Stage Manager, supporting the students throughout the process.

This production reflects Saint Gregory’s commitment to helping students learn, grow, and achieve through experiences both in and out of the classroom.

We welcome anyone who wants to learn, grow and achieve at SGS. Apply to Saint Gregory’s today.
